That's how I found it but that ebay sale has ended and it's not been relisted. I then just googled the company.

Back again with the next installment!
I took the parts to work over my weekend of nights and started on the rigging this afternoon.

I missed the last few seconds as the memory card filled up. I really must have a stopwatch on my desk so I can keep track of how long I have left...

Here are some close up shots of what I rigged in the vid.

In these pics the holes look huge but in real life they aren't. Honest!
I'll try to get some more done tomorrow.

It's good to see it being done 'in the flesh'.
Good work.

Part 5 is here!

I would advise leaving the superglue for longer to cure before cutting the threads, just to make sure!

And a couple of stills

And this is what will need cleaning up.

Great stuff, Ian.
This is how I am going to rig my next bi-planes. Did I really say that out loud?
Seams (see what I did there) so much easier, and something I might actually pull off without disasters.
Yep, this is definitely for me. Very good videos, and I found the commentary to be of good quality.

Now, don't forget to delete these two vids before filming the next one! :ha: :ha:

Hopefully there will be another Norwegian Gladiator on my bench soon. :)

And a great lesson in how rigging strengthens the biplane structure to hold a few pounds of clamps

Very interesting and a commentary you can listen to!. This is exactly how I do rigging now that I've ventured into it, didn't learn anything from these vids :ha: :ha: :ha: only joking, I did actually and nice to see the superglue effort, my planes look like they have model acne at times!!.
Also, with those clamps you must make great Christmas decorations!! :ha: .
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

Mark, I find a file is the best way to get rid of the excess superglue as it's so much more 'solid' than poly.
