Decals refusing to lift off backing paper

I have a set of stuborn decals. No matter how long I soak them in warm water They refuse to budge. :frown:

Any advice on what I can do?

I've experienced the same.

Scan them to a high resolution...just in case.

Leave them in hot water. Eventually, the glue holding them will dissolve, or even the backing paper will dissolve, before the decal does.
