Weathering thread needed

Post by MackemPete »

Chaps,
I've tried looking but it's taking me away from the bench!
Can anyone point me towards a weathering thread please?
Thanks in anticipation.

Erm we don't have one
That's something to work on. But in the meantime, why not have a trawl through some of the build threads and workbench threads to see what people are up to, there are some good techniques on show in some of those. Possibly less than helpful and not what you were looking for right now, but we will put something together I'm sure.
Would ya like to learn to fly? Would ya? Would you like to see me try?

Here's a good one by Ralph (Softscience) on the old site on using Pastels for weathering:

This is pretty much what I do, but not as well as Ralph :)
