Revell Tornado 1/32 and Tu-95 Bear

Gents
I have come up with the ideas of animating both of these kit. The problem I face is how to do it.
The Bear will be the Revell 1/144 scale and I would like to have the props going on it.
The Tornado is a different kettle of fish!
1: Have an opening and shutting canopy
2: Engine spool up, noise and lights
3: Wings moving from extended to fully swept
4: Navigation, collision and landing lights.
Does anyone know where to get scale pilots and equipment for the Torn? Want a couple of pilots walking away from the "office"
, means ladders too I suppose. Ground crew will be an ask I suppose?
With the bear, how do you simulate height and clouds?
