Porco Rosso Savoia stalls for no good reason

I poured love and attention into this kit and then suddenly......stopped. It may have been a group build pushed it out of the way and then I never got back to it before the Great Longboard Fixation of 2010-2012....
Time to bite the bullet and finish it or focus solely on the current Stranraer kitbash?

Also, down in the right corner is a 1/144 of the same, kitted out in Resin by a fellow Aussie.

True, it is a beautifully designed kit. Hoping to be able to clear next weekend to devote to it.

Nice result, although I'm sure the pilot would prefer an engine to none, I'm not sure I could sit calmly with that massive block of the engine above and in front of me!!.
