Airfix 1/72 Me109

Post by PGAS »

Here is my finished Airfix Me109. A great little kit and so much fun for the small price!. Love what Airfix is doing! The build can be found here for anyone that is interested. http://uamf.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13089&start=135

Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

Beautiful! Colors and weathering were spot on! My favorite scheme and markings, too! Well done!

Excellent work Mike, possibly one of the best builds of this kit I've seen.
Best wishes

I followed this on your Workbench Window thread Paul and what a stunning result, this is one of the nicest builds I've seen of this kit.

Two thumbs up.
Besting 60 years of mediocre building of average kits in the stand off scale

Difficult to believe that it is in the True Scale. Superbly finished and beautifully presented. That is a winner every time.

This is fantastic looking and really highlights the lengths Airfix have went to recently.
I've built a few of their Spitfires and now this is definitely on my wish list.
