No context beyond the fact that they appear at 2:27 in this video which appears to be an essentially random of clips of WW2 aircraft to accompany this song.

Well, lets identify what we see;
Looks like a single seater [short cockpit], fixed undercart, radial engine with two blade prop, low main wing, appear to be in a bright, non-camo, finish. On the one top left one can just make out some wing markings, very near the tips.
I'm thinking of a pre-WW2 US aeroplane, perhaps one of the Ryan types?
Over to you now.

A suggestion elsewhere is that they might be Nakajima Ki-27 "Nate"s.
