Your father has made excellent progress with this vacform build Santiago. I've never heard of the PB2Y but it is a good looking flying boat IMHO and has an unusual propeller configuration with the four bladed props inboard and three bladed outboard.

Here are some photos with the Gloster F5.34.
Quote
A belief exists that the F.5/34 was the inspiration for the Japanese Zero, probably stemming from a superficial similarity between the two machines and Gloster's past links with the Japanese such as the Nakajima A1N, a licence development of Gloster Gambet. Unquote (Reference: Wikipedia).

Love the Zero Santiago. Very nice work as always.

That is a striking resemblance between those two aircraft.

That Zero is a great looking build and the TAIC scheme looks nicely different. Indeed there is a similarity with the Gloster but, putting patriotism aside, it has to be said that Mitsubishi made a much better looking aircraft!

Lovely finish on the Zero and a nice theory about it's Gloster origins. Personally I think it's a case of form following function as many fighter aircraft were a similar shape at the time. The Japanese favoured radial engines for their reliability and the low back fuselage could be seen as a progression from other types such as the Ki-27.

Hi

My father has made a new Supermarine Spitire. This is the number 121 of the Supermarine Spitfire / Seafire.

He represents this aircraft since it was the aircraft which was sit on last time he went to Uk. Here are some photos.
