This is a re-box of an ICM kit I believe and so it is to be expected that it will not be as easy in it's construction.
That said the only slight thing against this kit would be the lack of track sag but everything else during the build was rather good.

Very nice. I like the build up of dried mud on the sides.

That is fantastic, Mark. The degree of weathering is spot on IMHO and does what correctly applied weathering should - adds realism without overshadowing the model. I wouldn't worry unduly about the track sag, Mark, a quick scan of period photos of these vehicles in service on Google Images shows a degree of sag from hardly any to almost falling off the rollers and most points between!

Beautifully built and weathered as usual, Mark. The mud is very realistic.

That turned out really nice, Mark. Weathering looks good. I believe the kit was originally CMR or Czech Model or CMK or something. Not ICM though.
I recall building it in the late 90s. There was a great Military Modeler article on how to improve the kit with just sprue, sheet styrene and various bits. Back when super-detailing meant more than buying an upgrade set.
It is good overall, but some parts are oversimpliefied. The only bit I recall was winding fine coils of wire around those little posts on the fenders, and making the missing rivets with fabric paint. It was the first model I attempted to improve. It was damaged during a move.
