1/72 Trumpeter Shenyang J-15
I've always liked the Su-27/33/34 family, and this is China's almost carbon-copy of the carrier-borne Su 33. Nice kit from Trumpeter, but to depict it accurately in take-off mode it needs work on the flaps/ailerons (there's a full-build article explaining the modifications in the August AMW). The carrier base also came in the kit, I sawed off one edge to make it a bit smaller. The yellow is primer which got grubby very quickly, and the first few prototypes flew in this (or similar) schemes.

Whew! A real beauty.

I'm sure that this would be nice if I could only see it... Instead there is just a lot of repetitions of the word "Image", and when I click on one, it takes me to a postimage page that still doesn't load the picture -- just a lot of dating agency ads.

Anyone else having this problem? It seems to be working fine from this end.Tarkas wrote:I'm sure that this would be nice if I could only see it... Very nice. Almost bought this kit a few weeks ago. I wish I had now.
