Well, the build ends on Sunday. Have we got any others nearing completion?
I just managed to get my two done. Took some time, I have to say...

Unfortunately, not even close.
I have several DIY projects taking priority and my work is slowed by rain and excessive heat.

Life gets in the way. That's certainly been the case for me, and evidently for you from what you're saying.

Well, that's time, ladies and gentlemen. Thanks to all for your participation and tributes to the legendary humped beast - especially those who were able to manage a completion. Biplanes aren't a quick job!

I still need to get some decent shots of my two to put in the gallery thread. It'll have to be tomorrow.

I am afraid my build is a washout. Never expected such brittle plastic. Much of my time was spend repairing broken pieces.

Really apologize about my DNF, for some reason I am getting almost no bench time -- well, I know the reason, it just wasn't supposed to be this way.

Thank you for proposing the GB and running it.

Great GB but a disappointing result for me.....
Best wishes

Thanks for taking part, completion or not. DNFs happen - busyness or modelling disasters come up. It was still great to have everyone's participation.

For myself, work has ratcheted up and up relentlessly for the last three years and too many of my GB efforts have been DNFs or non-starters. I've become a bit resigned to it now. I'm glad I could get these two done though. A very worthwhile GB for me personally and a boost to the old modelling mojo.

My pleasure. It was good to acknowledge the mighty little beast with a group build. I've become a bit obsessed now. I need to make every one of Roden's Camel offerings. I'm going to pick up the trench fighter at some point. That will complete the set.

Well, with my pictures and Daz's now uploaded to the gallery thread, I think we can call that a wrap.

Good show, chaps! :pilot:
