Marvellous work with that Intruder, Mike and the Hurricane is also shaping up to be another one of your masterpieces!

Liking the Sea Hurri a lot. I guess the time for conversion to MRP is coming closer and closer every day for me. They seem to be delivering an close to absolute finish.

So, I got the Airfix 1/48 Sea Hurricane Mk.1b finished up this afternoon... 8-)
Weathering was a simple panel line wash with Paynes Grey oil paint thinned with white spirit, the other stains were also artists oils used neat blended with cotton buds and fan brushes. the exhaust stains were just airbrushed on with heavily thinned NATO black, NATO brown and Sky from Tamiya acrylics.
I hope you like it as much as I do :)

Excellent work as ever Mike. Love the finish on the Sea Hurricane and MRP too is becoming my favourite paint. I used it on my Gnat and I loved the stuff.
Cheers
Ian

My eyes widen, my tongue hangs out, and I go mute looking at those photos. All three of your latest are absolutely fantastic builds. You are an artist, in a class I cannot quite achieve.
