Re: Corricon's Workbench Window 2018
Impressive work
Besting 60 years of mediocre building of average kits in the stand off scale

Thanks for the kind comments guys.
Splash, yep know the old trick and if you look at previous photos you can see I used it. It’s just lining up all the bogies assemblies that I find tricky!
No it’s the Revell 1A5 version and I really must get back to it.

Re: Corricon's Workbench Window 2018
A little more work carried out yesterday. Added some POL carriers to the rear of the Churchill along with a telephone box, plus a couple of smaller boxes to the rear that I have seen in photographs, plus it now has a coat of green paint:
Now needs the tracks fitting and some suitable decals for a Post War Bridgelayer.
The Kubelblitz also has some paint plus I have fitted the tracks to it:
It's a shame the tracks are so thick on this one really, however all that's left now is to paint the tracks, add some camouflage paintwork and then some markings then it'll be ready for some weathering.
Updates soon.

A prototype I believe, with only a few made although there are accounts of one being used in anger during the war according to the internet.

My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Very nice work all round so far. That Kubelblitz looks very natty.

Re: Corricon's Workbench Window 2018
Thanks GNG.
More progress with the Kugelblitz with it now sporting it's camouflage and a start on the weathering:
Just needs some markings and a final 'dusting' up!
Have also managed to complete the build of the Leopard 1A5 so this now requires paintwork:
Updates to follow

Re: Corricon's Workbench Window 2018
As promised more progress this afternoon in that I have the majority of the camouflage on the leopard tank:
Hot off the press as some of the green paint is still wet!

That Kugelblitz looks brilliant and the Leopard looks very fine as well. That era of Leopard has been a fave of mine for a long time. I have an Italeri one in the deep stash and really ought to dig it out.

Superb work all around - I salute you sir.
I love small scale armour but have hardly built any - you've inspired me to go and get a few kits!
