I have picked out an RS Models Yak-11 in 1/72 and am going with this red air parade scheme from 1957.

I know, red in a blitzbau and I've never built this limited run kit before. I'm breaking all the rule sat once. 8-)

I have followed this annual shenanigans for 2 years now.. I too ought to find some bit of easy thing and join in. I will have a look and see if I have a tank or military vehicle (with a few parts) that I am prepared to spare for this..

This is all a bit worrying, I am trying to identify when I can start this Blitzbau. I see to have filled-up next week with all sorts of trivial nonsense just prior to going off on holiday. I am going to have to try for 2x12 hr blasts!

It is my plan to commence my Blitzbau this afternoon at about 3:30 (subject to my return home). I will have to try and do as much as I can because I’ve not identified when I will be able to do part 2!
