TeeELLs Sherman III

Post by TeeELL »

Well, I am about to start, despite my best effort to be home to start at 3PM today, the clock is now ticking towards 5.30PM so that is when I shall start.

Here then is my model:

I think it contains enough options to create @HIGHWORTH' of the Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry.

I have heard good things about this kit, so I’m pulling up a chair to watch your magic.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

Got to do some catching up. I am not really getting it together with this blitzbau concept - sorry.

This is my 'timed start' photo:

Since then I have been jumping around the kit building bits and pieces in a haphazard way! I understand food and drink are a greater priority so:

This evenings sustenance.

The status of the model:

This one with a time check!!

I've not found anyone else to 'interact' with though!! Anyway - back to the modelling.

Good progress. Looks like you can build most versions of the M4 with this kit.

Well, this kit is a miniature version of a Dragon kit. There are a plethora of parts so selecting the right bits is a bit of a challenge. At the moment the road wheels and suspension units are painted 'Light mud' and are drying. I've formed the PE sand skirts, just need to determine how to fix them!. The turret is ready for primer - in fact, I'll go do that now!!
