Having failed to get my grubby paws on an Airfix FGA9 kit I will just be doing the Matchbox T7. Pity really but I am not 100% sure I would have completed what I wanted to do with it in time.
This is looking like it will be a great GB. Many thanks for this going ahead guys.

All the best.

Greg

I may have time to join this after all but am stuck mulling what to build.

I want to build something reasonably accurate and I have Mbox Hunters with both the T7 and F nose correction sets from Aeroclub. I also have Airfix F6 and FGA9s, which I could probably fix by adding a bit to rear fuselage and cutting a bit out between the canopy and intakes, and the Frog F1 and FGA9 but I think the Frog FGA9 is out - it is too portly and it looks it.

Anybody have experience with the Aeroclub vacform correction noses (especially the singleseater) for the Mbox?

Does anyone know what colour intake trunks should be, please? I think the camo colours were carried into the intakes on most Hunters but I'm not sure.

They tend to be white with the camo overlapping at the lip.

Thanks, Kit, but ugh that's going to be hard to prepaint then mask evenly while doing the camo.

Anybody know what colour the inflatable seal is at the rear of the canopy?

It's been a pleasure. Thank you all for taking part and looking in. There are a few builds almost complete but may not get sorted for the deadline. Anyone need a short extension? An thinking that we have had six weeks at this but the level of work that has gone into these builds. And the level of build quality maybe a five day stretch is in order?

Hi guys. As we had a massive rush at the end and no one asked for the extension I think we can call time o this. Many thanks to all who took part. Some great modelling went on and the finishes are superb. I hope those models that didn't get completed do get finished and appear here on the forum.
