Airfix 1/72 Consolidated B-24 Liberator B.VI
Greetings!
February 1st so I got started with this:
For once I was able to purchase a kit I wanted in town rather than look for it on the internet. As you can see it looks from the box like it was kept in the window for a while!
Nothing much to report so far. It's just had a wash. I may try and get some work done on it this evening if time permits.

If I remember rightly, this is the Airfix kit with the most working features.

Can you give us some detail photos of the parts? I understand this s nothing more then the old mold with new wrappings but it's one of the more affordable B-24's and I've been toying with getting it. Seeing the internals and how it goes together for you will probably help me decide one way or the other.

22 operating features - what more do you need to know?
Please critique my posts honestly i.e. say what you think so I can learn and improve...

Re: Airfix 1/72 Consolidated B-24 Liberator B.VI
I'm in Blighty at the moment so I'm not able to take any pictures right now. I did take a couple before I left however. Firstly the instructions. As you can see these are quite basic and typical of older Airfix kits. Apart from the painting instructions.
The cockpit is very basic aswell but I'm an OOB builder so I'll carry on as is.
That's where things are at the moment. I have a few choices of scheme which I'm undecided on. I'll make a decision when I get back to Ireland.
