Captain Tom Moore RIP

Post by Gregers »

I have just read that Captain (Hon Colonel) Sir Thomas Moore has passed away at age 100 due to covid 19 and Pneumonia.
R.I.P Sir Tom. You were a true hero and a Gentleman.

With respects.

Dad just told me. Saddened. I know lots of people that few others will know have been taken by this bloomin' virus, but people like Sir Tom just give rays of light in this stuff. Hope he's appreciated wherever he may amble with his walker!!!.
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!

Very sad news.

Very sad news indeed, a beacon of hope just when we needed him most during lockdown 1.0; the right person at just the right time who captured the attention of so many people. You will be missed Sir
Best wishes

I was so impressed by the determination he showed in what he did, at 100 years of age.
He set an example for evrybody, mankind needs more folks like him
(...now even more, since he´s gone...RIP)

Ironic way to go, but he was 100 and you have to admire him for his wish to have a life in old age - hope you know what I mean. he put a lot of younger fit people to shame.
It's only pain, work through it.
