I had intended to do one of the newer Airfix 1/72 Spitfires, early marks. It'll be OOB except for markings which will be early war.
Slight complication, at long last it seems that our family can FINALLY come visit and that's scheduled somewhere in the 20-29 Aug window, so I may be a late start. One very good reason to keep my project small.

All very nice kits John - I think I've built all the new release spitfires at one point or another and enjoyed them all - the fit of the cockpit is a bit fiddly, but I found if you're fitting a pilot, you can leave out the cockpit floor and get away with just the seat, pilot and IP - you can see anything other than the pilots head anyway!
Stuart Templeton I may not be good but I'm slow...

Thanks, The point of the build is the camo/markings so I will probably do a Great Auk cockpit/canopy anyway :)
