Tamiya Ford GT 1/24
Re: Tamiya Ford GT 1/24
Hi all :-)
Thank you, I really appreciate your comments. That helps me get going on this build.
This week I did a spot repair on the parts of the body where I sanded through last time. I'm happy that it turned out really good, so I could start installing the PE parts to the body and soon will be able to bring everything together :-)
That's all for this week's update. I hope that this was the second to last update for this build :-)

Re: Tamiya Ford GT 1/24
Hi all
Somehow I didn't manage to get as much done as I would have liked, but I only noticed when I wanted to finish the build, that there were still some parts that needed to be painted. Technically no big deal but as I didn't feel like using the airbrush for the last few days I always postponed it to the next day and the day after and...
But some progress could be acheived anyway, so I can show you the current standing of the build
That's all for today. I hope that my next update will be the last one in this W.I.P.

Looks like you’ve got the body work nailed.

Hi all
Thank you all for your kind comments
Yesterday was wedding day and today the last few parts could be attached to the body, so I'm calling this done
This is how it looked before the wedding ceremony
And here two pictures of the final result
More and better pics will follow in the Gallery section after I was at the studio for the next time.
Thank you all for your interest in this build and your comments and tips. I hope you'll join in on my next build which will start soon.

Excellent, your GT is a stunner. Nice and bright, just as a sports car should be!
