PHIMAT chaff dispenser 1/72 plans? tips for scratchbuilding

This is for Harrier GR3. Only need to make one. Any tips for scratch building one, much appreciated.
Also the same for CBLS 100 practice bomb carrier. Again just one.

It's a pretty simple shape. Go to this site and click 'Reveal Hidden Contents ' to get technical doc with dimensions and drawings.

Now to get my head converting 361.3 cm and 18.0 cm into 1/72 scale length. And no I did not pass 'O' Level Maths!
