This is just beautiful , taking a drink after or before fishing. Something very different, I love it. But what is that thing lying in the front of the boat, looks like a gun? Great painting also.

It is an mp40, there is also an upturned German helmet next to it and a gas mask cannister and water bottle on the floor. I think this is a German soldier taking a break from the war.
