In real, the camouflage of this plane was worse than my non existing airbrush skills. I often think that we paint our models too nice.

Which scale is this? It looks to be very large because the finish is something to de for! Whatever scale that is a true winner.

I agree that in reality the machine would have looked a bit rougher, but this one has just arrived from the factory!

That is looking really good and very nicely airbrushed! I like this scheme with the unusual side camo and the yellow wing stripes! 😀👍🏼
I like to carve old kits into something roughly aircraft/tank shaped... :grin:

What you say about our models being too neat is in many cases true, many military vehicles were brush painted very quickly. I recall a news item before the first Gulf war with Tornadoes being brush painted in desert sand.
But "unfortunately" as modellers, we build to the highest standard we can. A "trap" into which, you have fallen as well.
I wish, that I knew what was doing!
