Very nicely done. The base and figures are very effective too.

I'm not a civil aircraft modeler, but this is one of the best builds of a civilian airplane I have seen for quite a while- in any scale! As the others have said, flawless and scale finish, as well as perfectly faired in and polished transparencies- can't imagine how much fun it was getting all those clear parts attached and blended on such a small model. Well done! Looks more like a 1/48 model than one in God's Own Scale!

Ahhhh a Cherokee Arrow - my favourite light aircraft, I dread to think how many hours I spent pulling those things apart and putting them back together again. I really wish someone would do a decent long winged Arrow III kit.

This is a superb build - very nicely done. You've captured the look of the aircraft very well indeed.

Best rendition of the Airfix Cherokee I've ever seen. Beautiful.

I saw the "real" G-BAAP at Biggin Hill in 1987.

Amazing work on this old kit. The base and figures just add to it and the overall scene looks great!

I must agree. That brings back so many memories of flying in a Cherokee -- except I rarely had an attractive young woman as a companion.

That is a superb build of the classic Airfix Cherokee, certainly I can't recall seeing it done better and the model is very nicely enhanced by the vignette. Top marks from me for that effort!

I had this kit, with the intention of building it as an ‘aircraft I have flown’ build. Unfortunately I’d not realised it was a ‘retractable U/C’ version and the work required to convert it was extensive. Of course I’m into 3D modelling now so what seemed ‘too difficult’ then is only ‘a bit of a challenge’ now. I don’t think I have it now if I recall, I sold it on.
