Removing flourescent paint

Post by T-21 »

What's the best method /product to remove dayglo paint off a model DC-3 1/72 kit without totally removing the silver finish ? Grateful for any help.

Unless they are different types of paint the solvent is always going to work on both. You could try masking and sand the dayglo carefully with micromesh.

Hmmm, interesting question, but when it comes to a solution, I'm afraid I'm rather in the dark.
