Enthusiasts from Kharkov fixed this wrong.... (print quality left much to be desired) Unfortunately, the guys was are not able to restore the VC-10

Oh man, bad luck with the undercarriage Paul. I must admit I would have done exactly the same thing, it's not the sort of thing you expect the instructions to get wrong, plus it looks 'Right' the way you've done it.

Paint looks very smooth to me, what's your concern with it mate?

Well, the legs are stuck in with superglue - I'll never be able to prise them free in one piece. I may have to cut them and swap them over, but there'll be no strength. I'll have to see if I can add a short pin to each.

Yeah, I suppose the only option is to cut them in a discreet place, drill them for insertion of some wire support and CA them back on. Not easy, not nice, good luck Paul, I hope it goes OK.

Well, I was able to slice them off at a convenient point, put very short pins in and re-glue them 180 degrees around - and they didn't collapse overnight.....

I also coated the join with superglue, so it should be strong enough.
