When you build it, my advice would be not to bother trying to preserve the sliding canopy feature. It interferes with the head rests and leaves an inaccurate open gap behind the seats that is very hard to fix. Otherwise there is very little to criticize about the kit.

I built this in my teens, looked nothing like as nice as yours... Lovely gloss black from the Tamiya spray can. IIRC there's a nicely detailed set of machine guns under that centre-wing access panel, isn't there?
