Here is my effort of an old favourite from my youth, Airfix's 1/72 Angel Interceptor. I used a resin cockpit and pilot by Retrokitonline which I must admit has the world's ugliest looking "Angel", just my luck. Here is the link to the full build thread http://www.uamf.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=14297

That looks fantastic Ian and is one of the best builds of this venerable kit that I've seen.

Thanks chaps.

If anyone wants to have a try at re-scribing this is the kit to start with. For a start its cheap, the fuselage has flat sides with a few curves and its a nice easy job if like everything else you just take your time. But best of all, once its finished its one of those kits that catches the eye first in your display cabinet. The canopy isn't the best due to the age of the kit. In the build I used Tamiya polishing compounds but T Cut will give the same result near enough and its a lot cheaper. Anyway thanks again lads for all the support through the build which is most appreciated as always. SIG.....

Very nice work. Perhaps a bit over-weathered if you're trying to re-create what was seen on screen, but as always, YMMV. Certainly an excellent piece of work, and I have taken notes for when I do mine 8-).
