Well, because of this: http://www.uamf.org.uk/viewtopic.php?p=306499#p306499; I almost came in, but the only kits I found was an Eduard "re-pop/up-date" from 3rd party and delivery is too far into the GB. Evidently the original kit was SH or Sword.

After building the Zuikaku for this I have embarked on a Carrier mission of my own. I now have the Shokaku, Akagi and Kaga to do, plus I am hopeful of getting both the Soryu and the hard to find Hiryu from HLJ. :grin:
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!! :lol:
