Revell - Container Ship Columbo Express - 1/700

If it goes on or under the wet stuff and doesn't fly, it's in here.

I reckon you've just sold about a half dozen more of this kit. That looks awesome.

That turned out great. I know what you mean about the containers doing 100 cannons and their assosiated parts is a similar chore on a 17th century ship of the line.
Youve done a great job on this.

Just to continue the sidebar ....

In the massive nor'easter this past weekend, 70-73 containers were lost off a ship about 14 miles offshore and warnings went up about the navigation hazard. No word on the contents other than only one had hazardous materials -- 3 tons of sulfuric acid in drums, with the good news being the saltwater will neutralize that quickly. 4 containers have been spotted bobbing in the ocean to the south so it appears, for now, they aren't coming ashore here.

Thanks Daz, JohnR, Nigel, and Ken (KP I hope I am remembering right, and you are a Ken) for your comments.

JohnR - your tales of containers washing up, really is like the plot of a 2018 Whisky Galore
