Starting a 1914 model T fire truck, going to set her around 1919 as an airport fire truck..
Re: 1914 fire truck.
That looks like a very fine kit, indeed. The upholstery even looks quite good.

Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

Re: 1914 fire truck.
The bonnet and radiator shape need altered
From 1917 the bonnet and radiator shell had a rounded top shape, no longer the sharp corners on the radiator or bonnet panels
From 1915 the rear wings were semi-circular [forward to aft wise]- following the curve of the road wheel
From 1915 the front wings were curved following the curve of the road wheel, progressing with more curvature each year until 1919 when they were more semi-circular, not quite but almost. In 1915 it was mostly just the forward quarter of the front wings which were curved downwards.
From 1915/1916 the join of the front wing to the running board became a curved sweep
A 1914 fire truck would still be in use in 1919.
A 1910 LaFrance F/T was still in use in 1946 in a Texas town

Re: 1914 fire truck.
I also have a stalled C cab by ICM,it was standard but has been rodded!
Re: 1914 fire truck.
Got it all sorted out, ladder rack/water tank mounts, suspension etc.
Also 'weathered' the tyres down, flat black decanted onto a bit of tissue and roll the tyre through it.
