XF-55 Deck Tan = Hu:121 Matt Pale Stone
XF-58 Olive Green = Hu:163 Satin Dark Green or Hu:30 Matt Dark Green
It all depends on which chart you look at ;-)
All models are equal. Some models are more equal than others.

According to Urban's charts
Tamiya XF-55 = Humbrol 28 Light camouflage Grey or 110 (which is Natural Wood)
and XF-58 = Humbrol 30 (but I think that is too light, maybe 117 would be better)

Its not just how good your painting is, its how good the touch-ups are too.

Thank you Ratch and Fred.

Deck tan close to Hu:121. Hu:110 is too red
As for the green, the conversion chart omits XF-58 so I'm going to have to add some other colour to my '80s tin of Hu:3! An incentive to invest in a battery operated milk frother me thinks!!!

The Tamiya colour Map is misleading. XF-55 Deck Tan in reality is closer to XF-15 on the chart.
I've not explored Revell enamels yet.

Revell have a beige that works well for deck tan. From memory I think it is 89. Will check in the morning for you and confirm. There are a number of revell olive green options too.

Of course, the other way of looking at it is what are you going to paint with them. Sometimes the paints recommended on the instructions are wrong and are just the manufacturer's nearest/interpretation of the required colour.
