A few photos taken at a local show. Also, there is the real and actual Locomotion No 1. This is the actual locomotive that pulled the very first passenger train in 1825. It was recovered in new wooden sheathing as shown, for the 150 year anniversary. There is also a working replica out there. Hopefully, we will see this on the 200th anniversary.
Model shots here. Some very nice ideas for our layouts and dioramas.

Some really nice layouts on show Chuck, good to see the hobby appears to be in good fettle!
Best wishes

If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing

I don't know much about trains, but, I suspect it was a little earlier than that.Chuck E wrote: This is the actual locomotive that pulled the very first passenger train in 1925.

It's my model and I'll do what I want with it.
