Oof! Sorry to see this. I imagine you lost more than just a few kits. How are the basement walls? I bet it smells wretched down there too?

I really can feel your pain, Dirk! I still remember how I was shocked when that storm destroyed our roof almost a year ago.

Shame about the nice boxes and the manuals, but not flooding can break down the plastic. Hopefully you can find the manuals you need from here: https://www.galaxykits.com/instructions/browse/all

Well it finished the Addams Family. I was able to get it in under the wire on October 28th. Everything was hand painted using craft acrylics. The base failed to print properly and I wound up using a piece of foam insulation, carved in some wood planks and painted it up to look like a worn wood floor.

More times then not I stumble onto a printing project rather then searching one out. This was one of those times. I was searching through the 3D printing sites when I came across this print. I'm sorry but at this moment I can't recall where it was I found this. If I remember I will post a link below. After I found this print it took me two days to stop laughing about it. Of all the things I would never have guessed that this existed. What I'm talking about it, "Freddie the Flute" form the 1070 children TV series, "H.R. Puff-n-Stuff."

For those that don't remember this bit of childhood crack, it was about a boy named Jimmy finds himself stranded on Living Island with his magic gold flute Freddy, he is taken in by a talking dragon named H.R. Pufnstuf, who is the mayor of Living Island. Pufnstuf tries to help Jimmy escape, while at the same time tries to avoid the evil Witchiepoo who wants the magic flute all to herself.

Its a three part print that I had to reduce down to about 97 or 98 percent in order to get it to fit on my Elegoo Mars 2 Pro printer. I panted it using Gold Chrome paint I got from Hobby Lobby with some other gold and silver craft paints for some of the other details. I also added some smaller crystals that I had picked up

I have to say of all the different things I have printed over the years this has by far given me the most in the way of laughs and memories. Its too bad no one has made files for some of the characters like Witchiepoo of H.R. himself. Or any of the characters form the other wacky show, Lidsville with Charles Nelson Riely.

Here is "Freddie The Flute."

This is Freddie after being cleaned and cured.

This must be something US special I suppose, aomething not exported to Germany, I've never heard of that, but Freddie the Flute sounds like a lot of fun. Somehow this brings a song to my mind "Freddie in the sky with diamonds" ... OK it was Lucy but who cares
