Sailback

Post by Impisi »

This is it, the Dimetrodon in 1/13. I don't know the company as I bought it in a plastic bag. Most probably it is Revel or Lindberg

For those who want to read something about a Dimetrodon, Wikipedia is a good start: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimetrodon. The most interesting sentence in ther, for me at least: "Dimetrodon is often mistaken for a dinosaur or as a contemporary of dinosaurs in popular culture, but it became extinct some 40 million years before the first appearance of dinosaurs."

Didn't Airfix do one as well?

yes, Airfix did one too, but I don't think it is the Airfix one, as the sail and mouth do look different, when looking at the images at scalemates
