I picked up a couple of Provost T4s today. £6.99. Loads of Spitfires, Hurricanes, 109Es and 190s. No P-51Ds, however. Due to the £2 increase, I didn't stock up on them.
So many models, so little time.

Popped into the Aldi round the corner from me to get some oatcakes - they have plenty of kits in at £6.99 - Spitfire, Hurricane, Mary Rose, JP and 109, but I didn't get any as already have two of each kits from last year. Would have been nice to see a Gnat, but hey-ho, you can't have everything.

They also had some Quickbuild kits at £8.99. A couple of cars, a Spitfire and the F-22.

I've not been in to my local LIDL yet but they are also doing cheap kits at the moment including the Yellowjacks boxing of the Gnat.
Carrie and I tend to favour the local ALDI though as it shares a car park with Costa where we always go first whereas the LIDL has nothing nearby of that nature!

I don't suppose this applies to Aldi in America?

Apparently not - they have a very limited selection of Christmas toys and games and Airfix are not listed in those.

Didn't have any in my local Aldi so I mail ordered the 2 cars and the F-22. My grandsons are going to be rather chuffed
