The Blitzs stay regardless - they are our signature GBs and participation has been excellent this year.

How about 9, including a couple of longer GBs? I'm already thinking the C-130 GB should be a longer one because of the size of the models - especially if some are brave enough to tackle the 1/48 kits! Add in a longer, historically-themed GB and we could have 7 'regular' GBs. I can fiddle around with the calendar so see how it all fits.

I realise this is all a bit like 'sausage-making' for some people, but your opinions are important as we go forward. I can't please everyone, but the aim is to have as many of you participate and enjoy as possible.

Sounds like a plan Paul. I like the idea of the longer GB where necessary, especially as I am hoping to do the 1/48 C-130J for that GB. I'm glad the Blitz's are sacrosanct and between Jeff and myself I think we'll always be happy to lead them.

Do you have a 1/48 130-J kit already or are you like me, hoping the Italeri 1/48 HC-130J kit will actually be along ?

I'd like to see a few more non-aeroplane centric GBs

That's never a bad idea Fred, the few small scale Armour ones I've taken part in are usually fun.

Well, suggestions are always welcome, and it’s always a question of potential participation levels. I’m certainly not averse to armour builds, or ships or figures, and I think many of us are modeling onmivores. Throw out an idea or two and let’s see what sticks to the wall. 🙂

I would go along with that as well; some civilian options (either as specific or coincidental subjects) would also be good. How about a more abstract theme such as 'rust'...
Best wishes

I've been thinking of suggesting a car GB since last year as the last one we had was back in 2019. Maybe now is the time.

A car GB would interest me. I have a Mazda MX-5 project in mind.

I'd certainly be a maybe - I've never built a car.
