I think I may join you James, looks a big enough event to make the journey worthwhile. I've never done this show before and it may give me an opportunity to pick up supplies I forgot to get at Telford.

Would have loved to go up to Bolton but it's on my mother's 88th birthday and I really don't think I'd get away with it.

A great day out. A really good show and and an excellent venue with Horwich train station less than 5mins walk away. Probably a bit bigger than Huddersfield as they was a mezzanine level. Had a great catch up with Shane, Chris (who is fully occupied with a 5mths old, congrats!) and Stu. Great selection of traders and got the paints I was after and even found some 1/24 Spitfire belts for £1!

Great photos James, but the best is that last one of the Bentley!
Best wishes

I'll echo comment made by James, I was most impressed with the venue and the amount of clubs and traders there. There was a good buzz about the place and it made the 1.5hr trip up the M62 and onwards worthwhile. Great to catch up with James and saw a few other old faces here and there. I managed to get the supplies required as I was a little more prepared than I was for Telford and had a list!
I'd definitely make a return visit.

Great photos James. Who were the guys with the Revell themed display? They put anything I've done to shame!

A few pics from the show, I was using an old camera I've not used for a good while so I may not have had the settings correct. Apologies for any lack of sharpness.
