I'm in with the former category. This from the classic ships GB a couple of years ago.

I eventually completed all my GB DNFs and currently have no shelf queens. Maybe I need to half build something soon and set it aside for this GB :-D

I am for any DNF - I have two candidates whose history I am unsure of, one may be a very old GB (here) that I have futzed with off/on over the years and think I now have a cunning plan; the other I think comes out of my WBW but I am unsure it is a good candidate good here as it could just be another DNF. Both of these are high on my list to address - that is I am tired of hearing them complain :)

Sorry I've been AWOL but things have been crazy and my building mojo has gone bye-bye for quite a while now.

I love this idea! I was sitting in my porch today (which is where I build models) with my 4-year old granddaughter and saw a trio of 72nd scale A-10s that I had started 3 years ago. They've been sitting there so long that the "dust" camouflage scheme looks really great! :ha:
I would love to have a reason to finish them other than to "just finish them."

I just found my DNF - the Curtiss Condor from the 2015 vacform GB.

I'm pretty keen to have this built now, so I'm definitely looking forward to this GB.

I have a few builds outside of GB entrants that really do need finishing, this would be a good place to complete them.

A couple of years ago I gave up on a Special Hobby Bristol Sycamore. I made such a mess of it I effectively binned it. Now for this GB ithe fuselage and interior is not there, just some sub assemblies I had built, would it be acceptable for me to start again with a fresh kit using a mixture of old and new items? I haven't been beaten by a lump pf plastic before and I don't intend to start now.
It's only pain, work through it.

Hi Wokka,
that’s not quite the idea, but heck - why not. If you feel you can use as much of the DNF kit as possible.

Thank you Tony, the rotor head, blades, tail rotor and I think the undercarriage assemblies are all built up so these will be attached to the new fuselage.
