Poll: Genres of Interest for GBs (3 votes per member)

Post by AndrewR »

This is to determine interests for SKGBs or Single Subject GBs. You can have 3 votes, and can change your votes. The poll will be open for 7 days. Do leave comments, especially if your interest is not represented properly by the 12 options.

Military Aircraft and small scale armour for me - doesn't mean I wouldn't be interested in anything else, that's just what I build.

Actually change that - it might be nice to do some civvie stuff at some point.

I've gone for 1/72 military aircraft. Little interest in other groups.
Best wishes

In line with my comments in the original thread:
-- Civilian vehicles (turn of the 19/20 century)
-- Figures: Airfix 54mm & multi-pose
-- Other stuff: see post https://uamf.org.uk/viewtopic.php?p=556235#p556235

I've voted for 1/72 military aircraft, small scale military and civilian vehicles (for a change). I'm not adverse to trying a different genre though!

My primary interest is aircraft and that's how I have voted. However, I'm up for almost any other genres if the GB subject itself is of interest.

I try to join as many GBs as I can; though I don't always finish, taking part is fun even if it's a genre I don't usually build.

For me:
Military Aircraft >1/72
Military Vehicles >1/72
Civilian Vehicles

Although as you all know, I build a wide range of genres, GBs are good for me as they force me to vary subject matter and scale... they also make me break out kits that I would otherwise tend to sit on for years
Best wishes

I seem to be on trend with what's getting the most votes so far with Military Aircraft (both ioptions) and Military Vehicles 48th or larger. Hardly representative of what I build but it does say pick only three so like just about everyone else I shall say I'd be up for pretty much everything as I just like taking part in GBs - and one day I might even finish one!
