I didn't want to split the upper/lower wing surface horizontally so I cut the grooves in the upper surface.
Applied pressure reduces the size of the grooves filled with revell filler . Left over night the bowing is cured .

Ta muchly.
Got paint, will brush. Two coats of Hu155.

Meanwhile HMS Indestructible's ski. Jump is about done.

Image
Got some work done to the back end as there is nothing to show a rear docking bay in the kit.
Very loosely based on the USS America class.

The vacform canopy has been installed on the Pembroke and faired in with milliput. A couple of coats of Hu22 gloss white has been slopped about the upper fuselage.

I really like how the o/400 is looking. You can't even tell that you had performed major surgery to the wing.

The Pembroke is really beginning to look the part now, and the 0/400 looks great after your recovery job 👍
Best wishes

The Handley Page is looking sweet. Nicely done.
The past, present, and future walked into a bar. It was tense.

So I got a bit more bench time in.
1st up. The HP, and I realised a couple of days ago that their should be some dihedral on the wings. Too late for me to change it now 😕

The Pembroke has grey primer.

And HMS Incredible has a superstructure and a modified bum.

I love that HP. I don't know how you got all those struts to fit. I have enough trouble with a set of four.

What's a little dihedral between friends. No, don't answer that! :ha:

HP looks great regardless. 8-)

Great progress with this trio, H. I've always thought the Pembroke to be a handsome aircraft and the paintwork is looking very good!
