I have never built or owned the Hannover kit, so I don't know.... 🤔

The scheme is quite striking! I have to agree with others, doing a vacuform has always scared me away, and you have done a splendid job of it here. I did not know there was a two seater.

This is it. The moment we should have trained for.

I checked my unbuilt Hanover kit - same observer figure.
The past, present, and future walked into a bar. It was tense.

That is really nice KM. The corrugations don't look as pronounced as you'd see on an injection-moulded kit, presumably as a result of the vac process, but are probably more to scale. It looks great, and I also have to commend you on the figure painting.

I really like that, KM, a great job all round. I've yet to build a vac form kit but I have an example in the form of 1/72nd Halberstadt CL.II that I bought cheaply at a model show hiding away in the stash and it's been there so long I can't remember the name of the kit manufacturer!
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Work is the curse of the modelling classes!

Thank you! ☺️
The corrugations are comparable to the structure of filament 3D printed parts, but are a little irregular (probably because the poor master modeller glued them all on separately, at least this is how it looks like 🤔). I tried to tone down the big ones by sanding and emphasize the small ones by engraving, but as I was "fighting" my first vac form in parallel, I did not get too distracted by this activity and focused on having no holes in the fuselage and having the wings on at least somewhere roughly around 90° :-D

Just start it, I was playing around with the separated parts and then suddently I was dry fitting followed by unexpected glueing  But the Junkers was a monoplane which makes it probably a little easier... (Don't want to scare you, just complimenting you beforehand for getting a better result from a more difficult kit... ;-) )

Thanks

Thanks Rip & Tim!
The figures saved me from scratch-building a cockpit.. 😇😉
