You must admit the traction control light is annoying. Mine keeps flashing on my MX5.

If i recall the canopy fit on this old kit is not the best in the world.

Traction control is annoying full stop. It defeats the object of having RWD. An MX-5 is a worthy choice however.

Rotor painted, U-channel along the fuselage spine added from plastic card, exhaust painted, and yes the canopy is a bad fit. At least it is until you cut back the forward section of the cabin floor and shorten the instrument binnacle to suit. Annoying to say the least. Seems to fit now.

Mila just returned several zombies to the pits of hell by throwing a motorbike at them. A motorbike. That's much, much harder than blazing bog rolls.

Check its tailsitteryness and, if it's still wanting to act as sable, rampant, a lead overhead console should sort it.

I note your battery is down to 55%

My lightbulb blew, which meant a trip to the shop for a new one. All they had was a low energy blindness simulator for £5. I feel as if I have been mugged. Photos from now on will have the strange colour balance only possible with these satanic bulbs.

We have no tail sittery. The model, much like myself, is on the skids.

We do indeed have House of Wax. Elisha Cuthbert. Bewbs  . Sadly this is all I can bring you under forum rules.

Image

There shall now be a short period of limited activity whilst I prepare food and wait for the canopy glue to set a little.

Jam sandwich and a cup of tea. Don't want to ruin my appetite before dinner.

A third of the way through the 24 hours, and the medium sea grey has just gone on.

You won't be nipping down to the pub then? :ha: :ha:
Nice choice of film though, and superb progress so far.

First coat of green on. I'm using Tamiya acrylics, namely XF-83 medium sea grey 2 (RAF) and XF-81 dark green 2 (RAF). Don't know what happened to the number 1 versions. Another coat of green will be needed just to firm up the colour.

Image

There is no need to nip out to the pub, as the pub has come to me. And it brought a chicken biryani with vegetable curry along too.

Let's see what Ving Rhames, tough guy star of "Dawn" thinks of this.

And there you have it. Top Gear soon, then it's Gene Wilder's turn at the screen. You know what this means.

The cat liked it.

Need to touch up the grey in a couple of spots. Low energy lightbulbs are unhelpful. The kit intake is quite crude, and has been hidden away underneath a cover.

Image

Sorry. Wrong picture.

Image

That's better. The next tricky task is masking up for the day-glo panels.

At last we get to Flak's Blitz,
The subject of his dare?
A chicken drumstick by Airfix,
With a carefree air,
Watching scary horror movie scenes,
In the compact fluoro gloom,
The Vegies been giving him screams,
Hope the curry doesn't give him the sh*ts,
This rhyme is getting on my t*ts,
Flak's Blitz is entertaining and fun,
Gosh, we might even see some modelling done....
