Hi, this is Finnski standing in for OT who has important food-getting duties to attend to.

Paul says the M-113 FSV is a little bit basic as a kit but went together very easily, and would be a good basis for conversion/detailing work. The overall shape is good and the parts count is low, so it was a nice reintroduction to modelling after a 25(ish year layoff. As it is it will make a decent wargames vehicle with only a paint job.

Looks to be getting on well.

Sorry guys the Pizza went in seconds. Finnski was hungry. It was a 14" Gi Gi special with everything on it & chips.

More modelling now.
The F-5 air intakes are not a good fit and look a little large to me.

Also applied some filler to the wing-fuselage join.

Am now working on the canopy & stuffing my face with Pringles. Will try to get a primer coat on before I retire tonight.

On the big TV is a documentry about Royal Marines in Afghanistan. Very intense but more entertaining than the African cup of Nations. Zambia won on penalties.

Cosmic has judt discovered that he has forgotten to open a hole in the fuselage for the drop tank. :ha:

A house, full of topless men, sleeping together. You couldn't make this up.
