No, it's Russian and more reliable. Given the Chieftain's rather woeful record of reliability an owner's workshop manual is an essential buy and will be heavily used :ha:

I got this special magazine of WWII British Tanks for the princely sum of £2.99 delivered, direct from Key Publishing! It's pretty good at explaining the multitude of variants and has a few useful diagrams. Heartily recommend

This was something I just happened upon on Ebay and won for a couple of quid. I was thinking as something to display on the CBK SIG table as it dates from 1975! There is additional text and info on the rear of each.

Probably have better luck finding a stray T-34 to work on on the market than a Mk.IV ....

Having eased off on the kit buying, I've found that books have taken their place. Here are a selection of what I have acquired over the last month or so, all well under cover price. I thought it was about time I stopped relying on old Warplane/Encyclopedia of Aircraft magazines and came a little more upto date. They cover a large part of my kit stash and period of interest.

I have both the Martin Derry books and think they are fantastic, great for resparking your mojo. Unfortunately both appear for the be the first books of intended series that never got any further.
