Howdy

Post by wearebees »

Morning all, I've decided to dust off my modelling boots as I've not made anything for about a year. :roll:
Nice & simple;a £1.99 Airfix Tiger Moth from Hobbycraft to get me up & running again. :bounce:

Interesting that 'nice & simple' to you is a biplane and the Airfix Tiger Moth at that! :shock: All credit to you ;-)

It can be made into a rather nice little model, especially with a little modelling work;

Anyhow...welcome and please, make yourself at home.

When I said "nice & simple" I meant "not many parts & easy to paint", I don't think mine will be anything like as good that link you posted... :shock:

Finished, went a bit overboard with the weathering but hey-ho it was fun & that's the whole point as AndrewR & Jagewa mentioned.

Alright I admit putting the top wing in place on a biplane is the equivalent of a Giraffe iceskating but apart from that... :)
