A few hours ago. Two seat Spitfire MKIX BS410 flew low over my house on long finals in to Church Fenton.

All the best

Also had a 2 seater Spitfire from Biggin Hill fly over yesterday. Not unusual for but this time it had a helicopter with it. Probably photographing or videoing.
Saturday we had a Vampire flying south. I forgot how noisy they are.
Best wishes

I've got the usual gaggle of Texan II's flying around today, I can hear them from my office, probably flitting around the valley behind my house.

Currently two F16s on the range, and also something flagged as Canadian out over the North Sea; I'm guessing that'll be an F18 over for the current exercise 😀
Best wishes

Actually manged to get a photo of one...

It's nice to see these things flitting around the local area, but they're not a patch on the Tucano, which was a much nicer looking aircraft. I find the Texan rather gawky.

We just had a very brief visit from two (I'm pretty certain) F18s; one circuit of the range, and then off they went towards Waddington/Coningsby. The range control obviously told them Friday is early closing round these parts :-D
I'm guessing it might have been a recce for more visits next week 🤞🤞🤞
Best wishes

Wow - funnily enough we had two F-18s flying low over Llandudno today, just as I was picking my son up from school - awesome stuff, I've never seen one before.

We also had lots of low flying up near Snowdon today whilst I was up there for a walk. Lots of very low Texans, one less than 100ft overhead whilst I was walking over a pass. We also had a few Hawks, although sadly not so close.

No photo's as I was driving, but we had three Typhoons flying low down the Conwy valley yesterday - which was a nice site. A few days before we had a A400M doing the same route, at extreme low level. We see them quite a lot doing that and it's always impressive to see.

My late father flew Lancasters in Bomber Command. His birthday was the 16th of September and I was in the garden thinking about him when I heard a loud noise, looked up - and a Lancaster flew right over me. Cheers Dad!

I know it sounds unlikely but a Mig 15 or 17 passed over my house in central Florida when I was outside late this morning. It was quite low, heading pretty much East, and I got a good long look at it. I can't have imagined it, can I?

Nope, I didn't imagine it. This track shown here shows a Mig-17 went right over my place at about 700ft. En route to this weekend's airshow at Sanford.

Cool!
We had a steady stream of Hercules going over this morning, well, four of them en route from the USA to Germany. Even at 24000 feet, their drone is quite distinctive! Then this afternoon while I was on cover at Market Rasen four went back in the opposite direction...
Best wishes
