Re: Chris' Panther blitz **started**
Thanks for the comments
Hi all,
Another update, primer on, its Vallejo Surface Primer IDF Israeli Sand Grey 61-73 (73.614) applied with an airbrush:
A wee bit of pre-shading, usually I use black but for some reason I have decided to use Tamiya X-9 Brown:
Another brew and maybe get the first camouflage colour on
Regards
Chris

Cheers Jeff
Hi all,
Last update for tonight, I think I have broken the back of this build, Tamiya XF-60 Dark Yellow is the first camouflage colour to be applied:
Right off to bed, thanks for looking, more soon

Morning, Chris. That pre-shading looks to have been very effective. I'm not a big fan of the technique on aircraf but it does seem to suit armour.
Crack on!
Crack on!

Hi all,
Next update the green camouflage has been added using Vallejo Model Air Panzer Olive Green (71.096) free hand using an Iwata Neo:
I drew the camouflage pattern on faintly with a pencil, which made it much easier to do
Stay tuned, more soon
Regards
Chris
