Surely you could just turn it over and hide the dust on the (other) underside

After a coat of grey I was not happy with the top wing the sink marks on the top where I had used filler to fill the wheel wells underneath still slightly showed so it all been rubbed back and more filler added.

I'm off out for a meal with some friends tonight so no progress until the weekend.

After another three coats of primer I'm now happy with the top wing.

Progress has been good today, don't you just love it when the paint mix is spot on and you get the air pressure just right and the paint just goes on a treat.

Your model looks really effective, when my LMS gets some more Revell Hurricanes in stock I think I'll build one of these myself.

I hear you Splash, the same thing happened to me yesterday. It meant I had time to go to the pub.

I will let you know if it ever happens for me. :ha:

That is a mighty fine paint job on yours, it is really looking smart, and well worth all the hard work.

Maybe a little late, but...

This was an ex-RCAF Hurricane I that still carried its RCAF serial when it was converted into a biplane.

I was looking at my wing struts and thought they looked a bit flimsy so I have removed them and added slightly larger scale struts. All that needs doing now is adding the decals fixing the wings and adding more struts.

Photos to follow once I have added the decals.
